PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a rotor integrated type ultrahigh-speed rotary shaft is provided to prevent exfoliation of a conducting wire and an end ring part due to centrifugal force at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: Front and rear bearing parts(2,3) are installed at front and rear sides of a rotary shaft. A rotor(1) is positioned at an intermediate part of each of the front and rear bearing parts. A rotor surface groove is formed at a surface of each of the front and rear bearing parts. A bearing groove part is formed at an inner central part of a rear surface of the rear bearing part to enable an armature nut and a disk spring to fix a collet. The armature nut, the disk spring, and the collet are inserted into the bearing groove part. A sandblast surface process, a degreasing process, and a rinsing process are performed. An insulating tape is wound around the front and rear bearing parts by using an electroforming method. A first copper plating process is performed. A sandblasting process is performed to remove a protrusive part. A second copper-plating process is performed to represent a rotor surface groove capable of forming a conducting wire and an end ring. The insulating tape is removed from the front and rear bearing parts.
