PURPOSE: A mobile station hand-off method is provided to continuously supply a call service when moving a mobile station. CONSTITUTION: A list of a terminal in each cell of a mobile station is registered to a fixed base station as a handoff neighboring list(S402). According to the mobile base station is neighbored to the fixed base station, a wireless output level of the mobile base station is gradually reduced(S403). A terminal group is switched handoff(S405).
