PURPOSE: A heating torch device for a gas cylinder sealing apparatus is provided to prevent damage or deformation of a forming roller caused by the transfer of flame from a heating torch to the forming roller. CONSTITUTION: A heating torch device for a gas cylinder sealing apparatus comprises a torch pipe(61) and a heating torch. The torch pipe is installed in a device body(1) and extended toward an end of a tube vessel(8). The heating torch is installed on the leading end of the torch pipe and injects flame. The torch pipe and the heating torch are arranged toward an end of the tube vessel at the position out of an angular motion range of a forming roller(44).
