The invention relates to well drilling, in particular to devices for gripping, keeping tubes and transfer of torque in process of rotary drilling of wells. Mechanical roller gripper of rotary table that consists of pre-fabricated body with guide pipe and covers fixed with bolt joints in which roller-grippers are placed, each of those is assembled of shaft that with its main section of pin interacts with ring through support, in which, according to the invention, roller-grippers are placed in the body in two levels, three at each level, with displacement by 120° one with respect to another in plane of placement and by 60° - in inter-plane position with provision of gripping of drive drill pipe with hexagonal cross-section. At that the rollers of roller-grippers have square end with eccentric shift with respect to axis, with possibility of positional change of roller positions in respective sockets of the body and fixation with needed side of square end of roller with change of dimension of hexagonal holder according to type size of pipes with hexagonal section, and the lower cover of the body that has threaded joint with guide pipe in place of threaded joint is outside arranged as square one with possibility of fixation in rotary table. The invention makes it possible to provide application of the device in process of rotary drilling with use of drive drill pipes with hexagonal cross-section, thus possibility is provided for increase of modes of well rotary drilling. |
