PIXEL MODULE FOR ELECTRIC SIGN PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE: A pixel module for a display panel is provided to improve luminescent efficiency by enlarging a one-dimensional light source like an LED into a two-dimensional light source. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board has a number of light emitting units. A diffusion lens array plate(150) forms an asymmetric diffusion lens. The asymmetric diffusion lens diffuses and radiates the light from the light emitting unit. A front panel(200) has a number of penetration holes. The diffusion lens is inserted into the penetration holes. The front panel has a concave part around the penetration holes. The vertex of the diffusion lens leans upward the center of the plane.
