.The invention relates to electric engineering and can be use in electric apparatuses for household and similar purposes to provide detachable screw-less connection with flexible conductors in low-voltage DC and AC circuits. A screw less clamp of conductors has resilient conductive plate with fixing elements and an insulation base, as well as a channel for conductors input. On the base, a slot for lever axis is made in parallel to the said channel. The plate is fixed in a manner that at least a portion of the plate is parallel to the base. Input channel is made perpendicular to one of edges of the plate and the base, in a contracting manner. In the cross point the input channel and the slot for lever axis there is a supplementary slot which is wider and deeper then the conductor input channel at least for width of slot for lever axis; a portion of the plate which is parallel to the base plane closes a channel for conductor input and fixes a lever made of L-type elastic conductor in such a manner that one part serves as a handle and overlaps the plate, another part serves as an axis which has a flat-topped bent located at an angle to lever plane. The bent is laid into a supplementary slot and friction-free rotates, such a movement of the lever is restricted by two positions of the lever in a manner that in the beginning the flat-topped bent is perpendicular to plate plane which allows conductors to be free input to the conductor input channel in a manner that conductor pass through a window formed by flat-topped bent of a lever and a plate. At the end position, after the lever has been manually rotated and a handle has been fixed by a fixator, the flat-topped bent presses conductors to the plate with required forcing due to resilient properties of the lever. The proposed screw-less clamp of conductors due to use of the lever of special formation provides more reliable electric and mechanical connection of a conductor with the plate, even though cross-section of conductors changes more than 2-3 times. In addition, such a clamp for conductors includes only three elements: the insulation base, the conductive, resilient plate and the lever. |
