The invention relates to medicine and to a method for preparation of health-care product from raw materials of plant origin with a high content of fructose polymers – inulin, anthocyanins, pterostilbene and neomirtilin. The method consists of inulin extraction from inulins-containing raw materials, mainly from the Jerusalem artichoke, followed by mixing with bilberry extract in (6-12): 1. The resulting product is intended for the treatment and prevention of diabetes type I and II, early atherosclerosis, nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy and maculopathy, treatment and prevention of benign tumors. |
