PURPOSE: A stick for guiding the blind is provided to enable the blind to grasp obstacles through an ultrasonic sensor and an RFID communication technology. CONSTITUTION: A stick for guiding the blind comprises: a module reading an RFID tag; a small speaker(113) informing of a place; a guide information sensor sensing the RFID tag attached to the inside of a building; a signal processing and control unit recognizing the sensed situation and controlling the output of the guide information corresponding to the situation; and a guide information output device outputting guide information. |
