PURPOSE: Apparatus for manipulating a transmission of a vehicle is provided to shift easily a shift gear by inputting a signal according to a manipulation of a P operator to a controller. CONSTITUTION: Two fixed points are classified into a first fixed point(P1) and a second fixed point(P2). A second path(L-2) meets a first path(L-1) from the second fixed point. The second path meets a third path(L-3) as another straight path. Both ends of the second path are composed of the second fixed point and a third fixed point(P3). The second fixed point and the third fixed point are arranged adjacently to each other.
