The pump has a tubular filter (42) surrounding a sliding piston and equipped with a filter grid (46) to be compressed axially, where axial length of the filter grid is maximum at a non installation state and is shortened at an installation state. The filter grid is provided with filter openings in a form of rhombus at the non installation state, where small top parts of the filter openings are aligned in an axial manner. The tubular filter and the filter grid are made of plastic by injection.
