The device has an assembly formed of a motor, a pump and a dilaceration unit that is connected to a hard plastic pump outlet tube (1). An end of a flexible hose (2) is inserted into the hard plastic pump outlet tube in a sealed manner. A rigidification device i.e. band (3), is positioned in the end of the flexible hose penetrating in the hard plastic pump outlet tube. The rigidification device is provided with a cylindrical part (30) and a flange (31). Outer diameter of the cylindrical part is equal to inner diameter of the flexible hose.
