PURPOSE: A vegetation streetlight without commercial electrical power is provided to supply a beautiful and natural friendly landscape. CONSTITUTION: An illumination lamp(1) is made of a plurality of LEDs. A power supply device(2) connects a solar cell(21) and a wind generator(22) in parallel. The power supply device is made of a rechargeable battery. A water supply unit(4) is installed on the bottom of a water tank. A heater heats water during winter.
