FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: disclosed here precision measuring square corresponds to a most universal of all known measuring tools. With measuring angles of 90 and 45, at the same time it facilitates linear measurements taking a point at vertex of external angle of the square as beginning and a point at vertex of internal angle of the square. Additionally, there can be made measurements in opposite direction, when a free end of a measuring rule is taken as beginning. Also, all marks on all scales coincide corresponding to continuous lines or lines with small breaks, thus facilitating visual transfer of readings on the scale from the external angle of the square or the scale in the same direction from internal angle of the square to the opposite scale for simultaneous count from vertexes of external and internal angles and from a free end of the measuring rule. ^ EFFECT: simultaneous measurement of both angular dimensions and linear ones by three various scales, convenient readout. ^ 2 cl |
