FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to granulation of powder materials, and may be used in chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. Granulation screen comprises top and bottom cases and triturator screen bolted there between. Sifting surface, said triturator, screen, is secured between top and bottom casings of the screen by retainer made up of annular triangular 2-6 mm-high ledge with 90-120-angle at bottom case arranged behind the edges of said ledge. Screen is tensioned by sleeve pressing thereto driven by spring and adjusting nuts. ^ EFFECT: uniform particle-size distribution, longer life of screen and higher efficiency of granulation. ^ 1 dwg |
