PURPOSE: A separator is provided to realize pressure resistance and ion permeability and to obtain a battery having high safety and excellent battery characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A separator comprises a first layer having a first principal face and a second principal face and a second layer formed at one of the first principal face and the second principal face. The first layer is a microporous membrane including a first polymer resin. The second layer is a microporous membrane including inorganic particles having an electric insulation property and a second polymer resin. The polymer resin had a mesh type structure. |
