PURPOSE: A public purchasing system, method thereof, and sales server thereof are provided to purchase a product or a service through a blog without accessing a shopping site of a service. CONSTITUTION: A blog server(200) receives product or service information. The blog server transmits a blog to a terminal(100). A sales server(300) sets up trade cost according to the purchase number of a product or a service. The sales server transmits the information of the product or the service to the blog server. The sales server receives purchasing information to the product or the service from the terminal.
