PURPOSE: A diet sweet bean jelly composition and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to easily eat sweet bean jelly with the body weight reducing effect. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a diet sweet bean jelly composition comprises the following steps: stirring an agar solution containing agar, sediments, and an additive at 90~100deg C; adding 0.2~4.5%(w/w) of garcinia cambogia extract, 1,5~22.2%(w/w) of dietary fiber, 0.1~3.4%(w/w) of green tea extract, and 1.5~25%(w/w) of fructo-oligosaccharide into the mixed solution; and cooling and solidifying the mixed solution. The sediment is produced by using red beans, lima beans, navy beans, kidney beans, or peas. |
