PURPOSE: A noise reduction apparatus of an engine is provided to ensure a wide range of noise reduction effects since a plurality of resonant chambers are installed so that a band of attenuable frequency of noise can be relatively widely obtained. CONSTITUTION: A noise reduction apparatus of an engine comprises an inner pipe(1), an outer pipe(5) and a plurality of holes(7). Both ends of the inner pipe are coupled to an air intake pipe and the inner pipe forms a part of the air intake pipe. The outer is integrally formed on the outside of the inner pipe and forms a plurality of separated resonant chambers(3) along with the outside of the inner pipe. The holes are formed on the inner pipe to be communicated with the inside of the inner pipe in different shapes every resonant chamber.
