SUSPENSION DEVICE FOR SPECIAL LONG-LENGTH PLASTIC TUBE

FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: suspension device for long-length plastic tube consists of cylinder tubular case with recess on internal surface near upper end made in form of bore. Side surface of the bore is threaded for connection with an upper tubular stop also equipped with a recess on external cylinder surface. A lower part of the stop is threaded for screwing into the case. A circular groove for a packing ring is made on the end of the power part of the said stop. The screw is screwed into the stop in the upper part of the case to prevent the stop unscrewing from the case during operation. A cylinder metal bush is installed in a middle part of the case. With its internal surface the bush envelopes external surface of the plastic pipe, while with its external surface it contacts internal surface of the case with the packing ring in it. A bore for the packing ring is cut on internal surface of the bush. The end of the plastic tube, preliminary flared and bent together with reinforcing elements at 90 degrees, is positioned between the upper end of the bush and lower end of the upper stop. Internal surface of the lower part of the case is threaded; a tubular nut is screwed into thread; with its upper end the nut adjoins a circular padding and presses the bent end of the plastic tube. ^ EFFECT: raised reliability of securing tube to production tree. ^ 1 dwg
