PURPOSE: A planar type solid oxide fuel cell is provided to prevent warpage phenomenon at edge parts when an electrolyte layer and a fuel electrode layer are simultaneously sintered and to remove possibility that an electrolyte layer is damaged by the warpage of the fuel electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A planar type solid oxide fuel cell(100) includes: a fuel electrode layer(10) having a first thermal expansion coefficient; an electrolytic layer(20) which is formed at the upper part of the fuel electrode layer, is sintered with the fuel electrode layer, and has a second thermal expansion coefficient lower than a first thermal expansion coefficient; an air electrode layer(30) formed at the upper part of the electrolyte layer; and an anti-warpage layer(40) laminated at an edge part of the fuel electrode layer and the electrolytic layer. |
