PURPOSE: A pH screen forming apparatus of seawater, a system and a method thereof are provided to prevent the inflow of oceanic life to an intake by discharging seawater having different pH values to the front of an intake of a power plant and forming at least one pH screens of seawater on the front of an intake. CONSTITUTION: A pH screen forming apparatus(100) of seawater comprises: an inflow pumping device(102) making sweater flow inward along an inflow path(103); a housing(104) provided with a cathode chamber(104a) and an anode chamber(104b) hosing influent seawater by the inflow pumping device, and an ion exchange resin(107) partitioning the cathode chamber and the anode chamber; a cathode electrode(106) and an anode electrode(108) provided to the cathode chamber and the anode chamber respectively; a direct current power supply(V) provided between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode; and an outflow pumping device including a first outflow pumping device(110) flowing out first seawater having the first pH value formed in the cathode chamber by the supply of direct current power, and a second outflow pumping device(112) flowing out second seawater having the second pH value formed in the anode chamber by the supply of direct current power, wherein one of the first seawater and the second sweater is discharged to form at least one pH screen. |
