PURPOSE: A photographing device, a light emitting device for a photographing device, and method for controlling a photographing device are provided to obtain a bounce photography effect by photographing the light emitting direction of a light emitting device. CONSTITUTION: A main body(10) includes an image sensor. A light emitting device(80) is installed in the main body. The light emitting device is selectively projected to the main body and can rotate by being projected. A control unit determines whether the light emitting device projects light.
