PURPOSE: A region information searching device and method thereof are provided to accurately search for experience of various users in a specific region and to grasp the property of a group through a group of a region-user group. CONSTITUTION: A blog document collector(110) collects a blog document. A user experience extraction unit(120) extracts a recording sentence from the collected blog document. A user feature estimation unit(130) estimates the property of the user from the collected blog document. A region-user group and feature grasping unit(140) extracts the property of the group. A blog search unit(150) refers to the user experience.
