PURPOSE: A fastening tie is provided to recycle a fastening cone and a coupling plate by separating from a bar after placing concrete and to have economical and environment-friendly effects by reducing the cost of materials. CONSTITUTION: A fastening tie comprises: a center bar(30); a fastening cone(10) fastened to two ends of the bar and provided with an insertion hole(12) to insert the bar and a space(11) to insert a coupling plate; and a coupling plate(20) coupled to the fastening cone by welding and provided with an insert hole(22) and a projection inserted to the space and coupled by welding.
