FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dust separation equipment. Proposed filtration system comprises coarse and fine filters. Fine filter is made up of filtration section comprising cylindrical case with cover, bin with support annular surface rigidly jointed with said casing, inlet and outlet branch pipes. Inlet branch pipe is arranged tangentially to said casing level with filtration section and consists of, at least, three cartridge filtration elements. Coarse filter made up of inertial louver-type dust separator is arranged axysymmetric about the casing. Louver-type elements are rigidly secured between cylindrical casing and filtration section and made up of rectangular plates. One end of said plate is rigidly secured on stiff baffle and another one is attached to bin annular support surface. Plates are arranged at the angle to each other of 10 to 30 degrees overlapping on rectangle longer side over 20 to 50%. Filter casing cover accommodates pulse-type regeneration system with control unit connected to common microprocessor that controls filter operation in all operating conditions. ^ EFFECT: higher fire safety in dust separation, reliability and efficiency. ^ 3 dwg |
