FIELD: personal use articles. ^ SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to a packing and applicator device designed to apply at least one cosmetic preparation. The invention objective is to design a device with a relatively small dispenser hole, which prevents sudden leakage of a composition. The packing and applicator device comprises a reservoir, which contains at least one composition (P) for application, a support, which is fixed on the reservoir in process of application and/or when the device is in closed configuration. The device also includes a non-porous membrane, for which the support is the carrier, and which has at least one dispensing hole passing through it, to dispense the composition, and which is coated with flocking at the outer side, at least partially. The membrane interacts with the support and/or the reservoir to limit the inner space, which comprises the composition. The membrane is flexible and/or mounted on the support and/or the reservoir so that it may be deformed and/or displaced relative to the support and/or relative to the reservoir, as a result, the inner space volume, making at least 0.1 ml, reduces. ^ EFFECT: development of a device with a relatively small dispenser hole, which prevents loss of a composition. ^ 10 cl, 55 dwg |
