Narrowing device for measurement of flow rate of liquids and gas includes diaphragm, body with window as slot for installation of diaphragm, and chambers for pressure selection. The body is made as cylinder bushing and is placed between two stepped flanges that form with body split joints. Diaphragm is placed between the end surfaces of flanges and is pressed with pins to the end surface of one of the flanges. Chambers for pressure takeoff are formed with circular boring that are provided at the ends of both flanges.
