SEMICONDUCTOR CHIP FOR MICROWAVE REDUCE

摘要

PURPOSE: A semiconductor chip for reducing electromagnetic wave is provided to reduce frequency signals from various bands by forming a stacked structure of multiple selecting layers. CONSTITUTION: The three dimensional structure of a semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate(310), an oxide layer(320), and a dummy-metal pattern layer(330). The semiconductor substrate is composed of a silicon substrate. The dummy-metal pattern layer includes a spatial filtering function which filters a pre-determined frequency band. The dummy-metal pattern layer is in parallel with the semiconductor substrate and prevents the radiation of specific electromagnetic wave from the semiconductor device.
