PURPOSE: A winding machine for accessories is provided to uniformly wind decorative yarns around a spool and prevent the decorative yarns tangled when unwinding the decorative yarns. CONSTITUTION: A winding machine for accessories comprises a cover(220), a rotary shaft(231), and a spool(A). The cover is coupled to a rotating receiving part(210) to open or close the front of the rotating receiving part and has a guide hole(222) which is formed in a position opposite to the front end of a spool fixing tool(15). The rotary shaft is detachably coupled to the guide hole and sticks out from the front of the cover, and the rotary shaft is rotated by interlocking with the rotating receiving part. The spool is coupled to the rotary shaft and rotated along with the rotary shaft. As the rotary shaft is rotated, yarns are wound around the spool.
