PURPOSE: A car air bag device is provided to improve the deployment performance of an air bag door by preventing damage to the hard air bag door while inflating. CONSTITUTION: A car air bag device comprises a housing(100), an air bag door(200), and a hinge tether(300). The housing accepts an air bag cushion(110) with folded. The air bag door is made of a hard material. The air bag door covers the housing. The air bag door opens the housing using the inflation pressure of the air bag cushion in the vehicle collision. The hinge tether interlinks the air bag door and housing to limit the opening angle of the air bag door.
