PURPOSE: A warm and cool band is provided to enable a user to wash a cover and to be hygienically used. CONSTITUTION: A warm and cool band comprises: a cover(10) in which an accommodation space including a feed hopper in one side thereof is partitioned and is made of a transparent material through which liquid or air can pass; and a medium bag(20) which is inserted into the divided accommodation space of the cover and into which one of cold and warm media are inserted. The cover and media bag are made of one selected among paper, woven material, synthetic, or natural cloth.
