PURPOSE: A wireless network system and method for transmitting and receiving data on a wireless network are provided to supply a long quiet period to a super frame in case of sensing energy of critical value in a short quiet period. CONSTITUTION: A frame generating unit(850) generates a beacon frame for constituting a super frame. The super frame includes CTA(Channel Time Allocation) or MCTA(Management CTA). A bandwidth managing unit(860) arranges a first quiet period for sensing energy in prediction channel time. A communication unit(870) transmits the beacon frame in reservation information through the communication channel.
