PURPOSE: A float connecting device and a float connecting structure are provided to connect two floats strongly and to prevent the collision of two floats. CONSTITUTION: A float connecting device comprises: an elastic body(130) provided with a third through hole(132) at the center and inserted between a first fixing member(210) and a second fixing member(220) to prevent two floats from making direct contact with each other; and an elastic body compressor(140) supporting the third elastic body to be installed at the original location through the third through hole and pressurizing the first fixing member of a first float and the second fixing member of a second float in the opposite direction. The elastic body compressor comprises: an insertion portion(141) inserted to a first through hole(212), a second through hole(222) and a third through hole; a hanging portion(146) suspended on the first fixing member or the second fixing member; and a pulling portion(151) pulling the insertion portion at the opposite side of the hanging portion.
