The invention relates to the field of machining, namely, to grinding at a constant pressing force a working surface of wheel to a work surface of workpiece. A grinding head assembly comprises located on a table: a body, a grinding head with a grinding wheel, an electric motor, which pulley is connected with the pulley of grinding head by a belt. Additionally the grinding head is mounted with possibility of movement relative to the table in horizontal plane, a loading device is fastened on the body, such as a load, which provides possibility of pressing the working surface of grinding wheel to the workpiece with a constant force, in addition, the axes that pass through the centers of pulleys of electric motor and grinding head are located in the same vertical plane. The disclosed grinding head can be used for internal grinding providing reduction of work content of searching for optimal modes and increase of processing performance of up to 30 %. |
