The invention relates to the technology of extraction of noble metals and can be used at processing of industrial waste of metallurgical and heat engineering, at utilization reject of beneficiating factories and other. A method for extraction of platinum from industrial waste comprises their processing by solution of hydrochloric and nitric acids at heating to temperature 70-90 °C with further increasing of temperature to 150-300 °C, at that waste are grinded to fractions, optimal for current type and are processed by solution in the ratio 3:1 at masse of hydrochloric acid with density of 1.12-1.198 and nitric acid with density of 1.48-1.502, are heated with continuous microwave irradiation under dynamic control of temperature of processed substrate is placed in cassette from radiolucent material with such rate: from starting valve of temperature 20 °C to 30 °C with rate 2,9-3,1 °C/min., to 100 °C with rate 0.9-1.1 °C/min., to temperature 150 °C with rate 0.4-0.6 °C/min. and to temperature 300 °C with rate 0,9-1,1 °C/min., at that optimal size of fractions at grinding is determined starting from condition of maximal consumption of microwave irradiation in diapason of frequencies 2330-2570 MHz. The invention provides reduction of technological cycle duration, decreasing of energetic consumptions and effective extraction of homogeneous product at securing ecological norm of production. |
