PURPOSE: A composition containing Dioscorea batatas fermentation is provided to improve blood flow without side effects. CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving blood flow contains Dioscorea batatas fermentation obtained by fermenting with Kimchi Lactobacillus. The Kimchi Lactobacillus is Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus amylophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus fermentum, or Lactobacillus pentosus. The fermentation is performed at 35-40°C for 3-7days. A composition for improving blood flow contains a fraction as an active ingredient, which is obtained by isolating the fermentation with an organic solvent. The organic solvent is n-hexane, chloroform, ethylacetate, n-butanol, or ethanol.
