PURPOSE: A seawater desalting device having heat transfer mat is provided to evaporate atomized water easily be arranging the heat transmission mat heat-contacted with the seawater which is atomized within the evaporating chamber, and to transfer a lot of heat to the atomized water by forming the through hole in the heat transmission mat. CONSTITUTION: The seawater desalting device having heat transfer mat includes: a nozzle(30); a evaporating chamber(40); a heat supplier(50); a heat spreader(60); a heat transmission mat(70); a seawater transfer pipe(80); and a vapor conveying pipe(90). The nozzle atomizes seawater provided from the seawater supply pump(10). The evaporating chamber establishes the nozzle in one side of the space part of the hollow form. The heat supplier is installed in the lower part of the space part. The heat supplier supplies the heat to the space part. The heat spreader is arranged between the nozzle and the heat supplier. The heat transmission mat comprises a plurality of penetration holes and is arranged within the space part. The seawater transfer pipe is installed in the lower parr of the space part and discharges the unvaporized seawater. The vapor conveying pipe is installed in the upper part of the space part. The vapor conveying pipe discharges the vaporized seawater to the condenser(20).
