PURPOSE: A crepe skin cooking device is provided to replace a belt used for roasting without a help of skilled technicians as a cooking table can be open and closed upward and downward due to a hinge of the upper side of a main body and the belt used for roasting can be replaced in the state that a cooking table is turned over. CONSTITUTION: The crepe skin cooking device includes a cooking table(2); a hinge; a clamp(13); and a tension maintenance means(20). The cooking table installs a driving roller(6); and an interlocking roller(11) at the both ends to make them rotatable. The driving roller, and the interlocking roller rotates at the state of fitting a belt used for roasting(10). One side of the cooking table is combined in the upper side of a main body(1) by the hinge to be opened and closed upward and downward. The clamp installs the other end of the cooking table into the main body. The tension maintenance means flexibly supports the belt used for roasting. The tension maintenance means maintains the tension at the optimal condition. |
