DISPOSAL DEVICE OF WASTE FOOD AND METHOD

PURPOSE: An apparatus for fermenting and eliminating food waste and a method for the same are provided to prevent the generation of environmental contamination by neutralizing gas generated from the food waste and eliminating bad odors generated from the food waste. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fermenting and eliminating food waste includes a food waste disposing unit(1000), a fermenting and eliminating material, and a gas neutralizing unit. The food waste is fermented and eliminated in the food waste disposing unit. The fermenting and eliminating material is introduced into the food waste disposing unit. The gas neutralizing unit inhales and eliminates toxic gas and bad odor generated from the food waste. The fermenting and eliminating material includes a mineral mixture, a vegetable mixture, and an ascidian mixture.
