PURPOSE: A shock absorber with hydraulic stopper structure is provided to prevent the crashing between a road guide of an absorber and a piston valve of a piston rod by using the pressure of the oil is used when the shock absorber is extended. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorber with hydraulic stopper structure comprises a rod guide(120), a stopper(210) and ring member(211). The rod guide is combined in one end of a cylinder(101). The rod guide closes one side of the cylinder. A groove part(215) of circular shape is formed on the outer circumference of the stopper. The stopper surrounds the piston rod. The ring member is installed in the groove part. The ring member has the external diameter corresponding to the inside diameter of the rod guide.
