PURPOSE: A proximity sensor, a proximity sensor module, and a proximity sensing method are provided to precisely sense the approach of a conductor by using an integration algorithm. CONSTITUTION: A proximity sensor(100) comprises a delay sensing unit(110) and a delay integrating unit(120). The delay sensing unit outputs a reference clock delay signal by sensing the change of the electrostatic capacity of a touch pad as the delay of a reference clock signal. When the voltage level of a sensing voltage is higher than the voltage level of a reference voltage in response to the reference clock delay signal, the delay integrating unit outputs a delay integrating signal of a first level.
