PURPOSE: A cock valve is provided to prevent the leakage of fluids while closing by making an O-ring room adhere closely to a valve seat of a discharge port exactly. CONSTITUTION: A cock valve comprises: a valve casing(10) including an induction port and a discharge port which are connected with a valve room(11) to form a passage of fluids; a valve rod(20) attached to the valve room to move between the closing position of the discharge port and the opening position of the discharge port, and provided with a collar to spray fluids introduced to the valve room, a space formed between the wall surface of the valve room and the outside of the collar to smooth the flow of fluids, a bore connected with the discharge port and many slots connected with the bore; an O-ring room attached to the outside of the valve rod to close the discharge port at the closing position of the valve rod; and a spring attached to the valve room to deflect the valve rod into the closing position.
