摘要 PURPOSE: A cooling system of a work robot in a high-temperature environment is provided to secure normal operations of the internal control system and other electric devices of a robot or mobile equipment by keeping the internal temperature below 80 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A cooling system of a work robot in a high-temperature environment comprises an inner water-cooling block system(1), an outer water-cooling block system, and a self-spray system. The inner water-cooling block system is installed in the upper plate of a lower driving platform, holds extinguishing water inside, and sprays the extinguishing water from the side to cool the interior of a mobile platform and a caterpillar driving device. The outer water-cooling block system prevents the exterior of a robot from being directly exposed to the fire by blocking heat with extinguishing water and applying cooling effect through the evaporation of extinguishing water. The self-spray system sprays extinguishing water to forma water curtain for cooling the exterior of the robot in a fire.
