摘要 FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic lock includes cylindrical housing, electromagnet with core, which is located inside electromagnet coil with possibility of movement, cylindrical return spring, cylindrical locking spring, cross-bar, patch piece and plate with hole for cross-bar. Lock also has rear sleeve, front sleeve, locking sleeve, front flange, stock, locking ring, locking washer and axis of cross-bar. There is a groove on inner surface of rear part of the housing, into which a locking ring is installed. There are two longitudinal slots in front part of housing in diametrical plane, into which cross-bar axis is installed. Patch piece having rectangular hole for cross-bar, one of sides of which is parallel to the axis, is fixed on front end surface of housing. Hole of coil of electromagnet is made in the form of two sections, rear section - with hole of larger diametre, and front section - with hole of smaller diametre. Rear sleeve made in the form of cylinder with a flange is installed into rear section of electromagnet coil. Outer diametre of rear sleeve cylinder is equal to larger diametre of coil hole, and inner diametre is equal to smaller diametre of coil hole. Outer diametre of rear sleeve flange is equal to inner diametre of housing. Outer surface of flange adjoins the locking ring and inner surface of flange adjoins rear cheek of coil. Front flange the outer diametre of which is equal to inner diametre of housing, and diametre of hole is equal to smaller diametre of coil hole, is installed at front cheek of coil of electromagnet. One side surface of front flange adjoins front cheek of coil. There is groove on the other side surface, into which one end of cylindrical return spring is installed. Front sleeve is made in the form of cylinder with flange the outer diametre of which is equal to inner diametre of housing. There is groove on inner surface of flange of front sleeve, into which the other end of cylindrical return spring is installed. Hole of cylindrical part of front sleeve has section of larger diametre, which is equal to diametre of flange hole, and section of smaller diametre which is equal to diametre of stock. Locking sleeve the length of which is equal to length of section of larger diametre is installed in section of larger diametre of front sleeve with possibility of movement. Locking sleeve is made in the form of shell in which one end of stock is fixed, and the stock is installed with possibility of being moved in section of smaller diametre of cylindrical part of front sleeve. There is section of smaller diametre on the other end of stock, on the end of which there is a groove into which locking washer is installed. Core of electromagnet is made in the form of sleeve the outer diametre of which is equal to diametre of rear sleeve hole. Core hole includes two sections, one section has the diametre which is equal to smaller diametre of stock, and the other section has diametre which is larger than diametre of stock. Core is fixed in section of smaller diametre of stock with locking washer. Cylindrical locking spring the end of which bears against end surface of cylindrical part of front sleeve is located between stock and section of larger diametre of core. Cross-bar is made on the basis of parallelepiped at the bottom of which along symmetry axis there is the groove with width equal to diametre of locking sleeve. There is a hole on side surface of cross-bar parallel to the groove along symmetry axis of lock. Surface of cross-bar, which is opposite to the surface on which there is a groove, is chamfered. There are chamfers on faces of surface with the groove parallel to the latter. Cross-bar by means of a hole is installed on axis in longitudinal slots so that the cross-bar base adjoins outer surface of front sleeve, and its chamfered surface projects beyond outer surface of patch piece through rectangular hole the perimetre of which corresponds to perimetre of projecting part of cross-bar.
