PURPOSE: A laundry processor and a control method thereof are provided to minimize the generation of heat of a driver even in the long time drive of the laundry processor. CONSTITUTION: A controller decides a washing course(S301). The controller throws washing water into a washing tub(S302). At motor driving timing, the controller controls a net acting ratio(S303,S304). The controller senses the temperature of an IPM driver(S305). In case the temperature of the IPM driver escapes a reference temperature, the controller converts the IPM driver into an OFF state(S306,S307). |
