PURPOSE: A horizontal displacement control device of a floating type movable quay is provided to have no necessity for installing many unloading apparatuses in harbors by unfixing after unloading cargos and moving to another unloading place. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal displacement control device of a floating type movable quay comprises: a movable quay(10) provided with at least two or more fixing holes(12) on the surface; and a fixing member composed of a footing pile(22) buried under the seabed to correspond to the fixing hole of the moving quay, and a fixing pile(24) ascent from the footing pile by water pressure and descent by deadweight if water pressure is released, and fixed or unfixed to or from the fixing hole to control the horizontal movement of the moving quay.
