PURPOSE: A synchronizer for the manual transmission of a vehicle is provided to ensure stable speed change and durability by reducing the change of index due to the quality difference of parts. CONSTITUTION: A synchronizer for the manual transmission of a vehicle comprises a synchronizer hub(10), a synchronizer sleeve(30), a synchronizer ring(50) and a synchronizer key(70). One or more slit grooves(12), which are diametrically dented, are formed on the synchronizer hub in a radial direction. The synchronizer sleeve is coupled to the outside of the synchronizer hub to be able to move from the outer circumferential surface of the synchronizer hub in an axial direction. The synchronizer ring is coupled to the synchronizer hub in the axial direction. The synchronizer key is inserted into the slit grooves of the synchronizer hub. The synchronizer key is constrained by the synchronizer ring in the axial direction.
