The device has a rotary carousel (1) with a rotative circular or annular supporting plate (10) carrying a set of processing posts (2). Each processing post includes sterilization units (3) comprising an electron beam transmitter (31), filling units (8) with a filling nozzle (81) and supporting units (4) for supporting a container (R) under the transmitter and the filling nozzle. The transmitter emits an electron beam through an upper opening of the container carried by the supporting units to sterilize the container. The nozzle delivers a filling product e.g. milk, to the sterilized container.
