A grid for a device for chopping food products is disc-shaped with a central cylindrical opening for its attachment on a shaft, through holes for cutting and passage of meat, which are made in the form of rings, and recesses located between the through holes. The recesses connect the through holes of each ring in an arc in the direction of rotation of the cutter and have the shape of a gutter. The surface of holes turned toward the periphery is made at an angle in the direction of rotation of the cutter. |
