PURPOSE: A head cleaning unit is provided to improve the availability of facilities and the productivity of a head cleaning process by uniformly maintaining a set condition of a wiper used for head washing. CONSTITUTION: A head cleaning unit(600) cleaning a nozzle side of an ink-jet head comprises: a mounting part on which a wiper(RW) to be used for the cleaning of the nozzle side; a recovery roller part(650) collecting the wiper used for the cleaning of the nozzle side; a press part(660) in which is arranged between the mounting part and the recovery roller part and pressurizes the wiper in order to adhere closely to the nozzle side; and a robot(670) for haning the wiper mounted on the mounting part to the recovery roller part and the press part. |
